Phone: 512.347.9599Send Jaymes a message.Jaymes Willoughby came to Austin in 1984 after earning his BBA from Eastern Michigan University. He began his real estate career as an onsite sales agent. In fact, Jaymes sold his first home on his first day of work! He continued to have repeat success selling new construction for Reveille, David Weekly and Newmark Homes.
After spending six years as an onsite builder’s agent, Jaymes turned to brokerage sales. It proved to be a pivotal year in his career. He went on to pilot his own residential brokerage, Providence Realty Group. Building his business from the ground up, Jaymes learned the importance of technology in real estate marketing, and has utilized and stressed its importance throughout his career.
In 1996, Jaymes joined RE/MAX to expand the network of agents who could refer relocation business to his team. After only a couple of years, he found himself on the top again as the #1 RE/MAX Team in Austin and a top-ten producer in Texas.
After continual years of success with RE/MAX, Keller Williams Realty caught his attention. The company was making a huge impact in the industry on both national and local levels. He could no longer ignore it. Gary Keller invited Jaymes to attend “Masterminds” where he received a firsthand glimpse into the direction Keller Williams was headed. With the company being based in Austin, the move to Keller Williams would afford Jaymes the opportunity to personal growth and excellent training.
Since joining Keller Williams, Jaymes has continued to strengthen his business by striving to offer the best customer service in the city. His continuous desire to provide top-notch real estate services led Jaymes & his team to be named #1 Top Producing Team in Austin (for a team with 2-3 licensees) for 2007!
Jaymes truly loves his job and is grateful for all of the personal and business successes it has brought him. In his personal time, Jaymes spends time with his two sons, Gerrit and Hunter, and his wife, Diane. He is very involved in their lives and enjoys going to their sports team practices, camping, and helping them with their homework. Jaymes is “Chief” of the boy’s YMCA Adventure Guide Program and attends monthly camping trips and events with other father/son pairs. He also loves spending time boating on Lake Austin with his family and friends, scuba diving, and golfing… and somehow still managed to squeeze in time to earn his pilot’s license.

Jim’s approach to real estate is researched based, and client focused with an emphasis on walking clients though the process step by step. Prior to joining and becoming a real estate professional, Jim was in advertising.
Jim relocating from Los Angeles to Austin in 1991. He enjoys tennis, scuba diving, travel, reading history and spending time with friends and his dog, Zeus. He is also an active musician! Jim has recorded three solo CD’s and plays in the Keller Williams rock band.

In her free time, Shasta enjoys live music, kayaking and playing poker with friends. She is an avid sports fan, a roller coaster fanatic, and a watercolor and oil paint artist.
