Once a month, we email a list of homes that are now for sale and those that have just gone under contract for sale, to each of our clients that has requested this service.
Tax Appraisal Protest Market Analysis - Our clients have relied on Jaymes' market analysis to protest tax appraisals when they have been out-of-line with actual market values. Jaymes can prepare a written analysis that can be taken to the appraisal district to verify the market value of your home.
