Biographies
Jaymes Willoughby
Owner, REALTOR
Jaymes came to Austin in 1984 after earning his BBA from Eastern Michigan University and began his real estate career as an onsite sales agent. In fact, he sold his first home on his first day of work! He continued to have repeat success in selling new construction for Reveille, David Weekly and Newmark Homes. After spending six years as an onsite builder’s agent, Jaymes turned to brokerage sales in 1990, which proved to be a pivotal year in his career. He then went on to pilot his own residential brokerage, Providence Realty Group. Building from the ground up, Jaymes learned the importance of technology in real estate marketing and has since stressed the importance of it throughout his career.
In 1996, Jaymes joined RE/MAX to expand the network of agents who could refer relocation business to his team. After only a couple of years, Jaymes found himself on the top again as the #1 RE/MAX Team in Austin and a top-ten producer in Texas. After many years of continued success with RE/MAX, Jaymes realized he couldn’t ignore the impact Keller Williams Realty was making in the industry both nationally and locally. After being invited to a “Mastermind” meeting by Gary Keller, Jaymes got a firsthand glimpse as to the direction Keller Williams was heading, and knew that making a move would afford the opportunity for personal growth and excellent training based in Austin.
Since joining Keller Williams, Jaymes has continued to strengthen his business through striving to offer the best customer service in the city. In fact, his continuous desire to provide top-notch real estate services led Jaymes & his team to be named #1 Top Producing Team in Austin (for a team with 2-3 licensees) for 2007! Jaymes truly loves his job and is grateful for all of the personal and business successes it has brought him.
In his personal time, Jaymes spends time with his two sons, Gerrit and Hunter, and his wife Diane. He is very involved in their lives and enjoys going to their sports team practices, camping and helping them with their homework. Jaymes is “Chief” of the boy’s YMCA Adventure Guide Program and attends monthly camping trips and events with other father/son pairs. He also loves spending time boating on Lake Austin with his family and friends, scuba diving, and golfing… and somehow managed squeeze in time to earn his pilot’s license.

Scott brings over 8 years experience in real estate to The Willoughby Team. Originally from Dallas, Scott moved to Austin because of the lifestyle and music scene. Prior to being in Austin, Scott was selling real estate for the #1 RE/MAX office in the country in terms of volume and commission per agent. In his spare time, he likes to read and be involved in community outreach, specifically raising arts awareness in Austin.

Shasta has over 15 years administrative, sales & customer service experience. Shasta started with the Willoughby Team as the contract to close manager and has since become a licensed agent. She enjoys taking her dog Lexie on walks, playing poker, and spending time with friends. She also enjoys culinary experimentation and would someday like to own her own bakery.

Haley Nagy
Administrative / Marketing Assistant
Haley Nagy grew up in Fort Worth, Texas where she received a degree in Art History from TCU. After several years living in Chicago, she recently moved to Austin with her husband and little dog Ringo. Haley enjoys using her administrative skills creatively in the workplace and learning about the local real estate scene. Outside of the office, Haley is a talented artist who enjoys painting, drawing, printmaking and blogging about art. She hopes pursue an MFA in the near future. In the meantime, she drinks lots of coffee!

Andrea Gowan

Andrea grew up in Phoenix, AZ and has been licensed as a Realtor in TX since 2002. In fact, she has been involved in over 700 transactions! She currently resides in South Austin with her daughter and dog named Bubbles. Andrea graduted from St. Edward's University in Decemeber 2007 with a Communications Degree and enjoys watching Phoenix Suns Basketball, spending time at Town Lake, Bikrim Yoga, and eating out in her spare time. She also LOVES Starbucks!
